Mother Nature blessed 17 of us with nearly perfect weather for this hike along quiet forest trails to 6 lacy waterfalls which were about at their peak for the year. Brian Lee led us along sometimes steep trails with sometimes unsure footing, but they were always scenic. Upon arriving at the trailhead, some of us thought our group got really big and had many folks they had never seen before. It turns out a Korean church group from the Monterey area (I think) met at the same time for the same hike. Several of us had a good time chatting with them before we both realized our mistake. It was nice meeting them anyway and we crossed paths several times while hiking that day.
Most of us were ready for a hearty lunch at the Sonoma Chicken Coop in Almaden after the hike and we were not disappointed. Thanks to Brian for leading this successful event.
