On July 16, many NSC members  volunteered their time in support of theMountain View Obon Festival beer booth.  Grant Joo, the chairman of the beer booth  gave his gratitude to all of you with the following letter:

 

Please thank all of the volunteers who helped on Saturday and Sunday at the Mt. View Obon beer booth.  It was a pleasure to meet new volunteers and to see returning volunteers.  It is without a doubt that the success of the beer booth each year is directly related to the overwhelming response of the volunteers from the Nisei Ski Club.  Thank you for your dedication and hard work in making the booth such a success.  I personally want to invite each of you to volunteer again next year to keep this tradition going strong.
