Yes, it’s time for us to volunteer for the Mountain View Obon Festival. July 16-17, 2011. 575 N. Shoreline Blvd. Mountain View. We use their facilities when we make our famous Chinese Chicken Salad for Nikkei Matsuri, so we help out at their festival.

Saturday, July 16
6 people to work from 4- 7 P.M.

4 people to work from 12- 3 P.M.

4 people to work from 3- 6 P.M.

4 people to work from 6- 9 P.M.

The beer booth is very popular and volunteer slots get filled up fast. You have to be 21+ to volunteer for this position as there is contact with copious amounts of iced beer and saki.

Shifts: 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm , 5:30 pm- 7:30 pm, 7:30 pm- 9:30 pm.
Sunday, July 17
Shifts: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
