The following is a list of documents that outline the Constitution, Policies and other governing documents that help run the Nisei Ski Club.
Constitution
The NISEI SKI CLUB, a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, hereby adopts the following Constitution and By-Laws for its government, management, and operation. NSC_Constitution
Policies
Policies are different from the Constitution in that a policy is the art of governance, while a constitution is the act, or establishing a set of organized laws for the government, management, and operation of the club for the variety of non-ski events and the ski week trip. NSC_Policies
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is designed to facilitate events in which all participants can enhance their experience without experiencing behavior by another individual that can cause problems for others. The Code of Conduct is also applicable to all non-ski events and the ski week trip. NSC Code of Conduct
Officer and Board Member Duties
This set of guidelines has been established for the Executive Board Members and defines their roles and responsibilities. NSC_Guidelines
General Waiver for Events and Permission Slip/Release Form
The General Waiver for Events is used for all NSC-sponsored Events, and the Permission Slip/Release Form is used for individuals under the age of 21 attending NSC-sponsored Events.
